Return Policy Home Staging Warehouse

You may request a Return Authorization Number within 10 days of receiving your order by emailing customer service at sales@homestagingwarehouse.com.  Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns past 10 days.  All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to receive a refund. Returned products without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be REFUSED at the receiving dock.

Return Authorization Numbers will not be issued after the 10th business day. No returns or exchanges after 10 days. Returns cannot be processed without the original carton and shipping label still intact. The order number, order date, and tracking number of the products being returned will need to be given to the customer service representative to process the return. 

All returns and refunds are at the discretion of Home Staging Warehouse. Returned items must arrive in new condition for a refund. Used or Damaged products will not be accepted for a refund. All protective films must be intact upon arrival back to Home Staging Warehouse for any type of refund. Items that arrive with protective films removed or that arrive used or damaged will be returned to the shipper at their expense.  The customer is responsible for the freight charges for the original shipment and the return shipment. Home Staging Warehouse advises you to insure your return in the event of damage or loss.

Returned items are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

Shipments refused by the recipient will be treated as a return. Return freight and shipment refusal/change of address charges will be applied to each package refused.

Freight amounts are not refunded.

Please note: Packages rerouted or with an incorrect shipping address will be charged an additional $23.00 fee per carton as Home Staging Warehouse is charged this amount per carton by our shipping couriers.
